GAA NEWS: LETTERKENNY GAELS DEFEAT GLENSWILLY IN MINORS

first_imgThe Letterkenny Gaels minor team got their, and the club’s, competitive season off to winning ways with a hard fought win over local rivals Glenswilly at a wet and windy Páirc na nGael on Sunday.Both sides exchanged scores until half time with Glenswilly ending the first period with a one point lead.However the match ended with the Gaels coming out on top by the narrowest of margins with a winning score of 1.10 to 2.06. The goal was scored by Sean McDonagh who also shared the scoring on the day with Cormac Cannon and Paddy Doherty.
